ACTION LEARNING 10 - CHANGE
What  would  you  like  to  change  in  your  life? 
i would like to change environment to live. it is because i have live in macau  many years. i want to see and feel the world. Open my mind,   live other countries without family for half or one year. I would like to have more experience for life.
  Why  is  that  change  important  for  you? 
Change is important, i don't want be a people who work in their half of life, and then nothing. Our times  are most expensive, if you make it pass, you never make it back. Something which just can do when you were young.i have dream and goal,and i really hope that it will come true.i have time now,i will change and get what i want.Time is limit for everyone. So, if i do not change , i will regret when i am old. Actually, you need to change all the time, because the society is growing up very faster.Maybe you do not want , but you have to. i do not want be eliminate in the society.
  What  actions  are  you  doing  or  will  be  doing   for  that  change  to  happen?
i study hard and study a lot of things outside now. i will finish the degree of bachelor  in university and take the ielts and second level of accounting exam as soon as possible.

I agree that result, we got largest scores in four levels of relationship behaviors,It is because We communicate each other is quite good. Even if we have different opinions , we will discuss and listen all of members opinion and find The best one to use. If one of them have problem and feel hard to solve it, we will help he/she to solve together.moreover, we work together very often. Hence, we also know each member weakness And strength. In addition, the four level of task behaviors.I almost agree , if our goal is clear for each member, we can do it very efficiency.hence, we have to more clear that what we need to do ,or require. Meanwhile, we also need a plan for the project. It is not easy to plan all of actions .the plan is not prefect, we can do much better. I notice that We have to improve that.

My result is Accommodating. You tend to express below average assertiveness and above average cooperation. Some of your associates may think of you as a teddy bear because you tend to satisfy others in order to get along better with them.
Whether the result matches your expectations.

This result maybe matches my expectations. i will accommodating often if i think the conflict has no worth to break our relationship. that 's true. however, if the result is very important to me, i will keep my mind and convince other to my way. And find a lot of supports. I did not think i am teddy bear, because i do not think i will tend to satisfy others often.Although  i agree that our relationship is important than conflict, i will find best way to solve it, not just make others satisfy.

i think this questionnaire is not suitable for me. it is because i do not think it is very useful for my life. it will not change anything and make me more knowledge about myself . 


And how you can become more effective in dealing with conflict.
I think the most important thing is  clam down first,people who are in conflict should stand opposite way to think, not just keep my mind and think our benefit. if still cannot solve the conflict, it should ask more people opinion. and which way they are support. people who have a few of support will obey people who have the most support.

Action 7



 my score is 47, it is a middle one,the result said that some uncertainly over your motivation to lead. I agree the result. it is because i think i can be a good leader, if i do,i can promise the project will better.  However,  I would not like to be a leader sometimes .Leader do anything what the project needs, have to solve a lot of problem in group  and clear the concept or goal. Moreover, i will miss something , like a encourage team members, organize all of members to work  and clear about the process of project previous.this result did not surprise me, i expected the score maybe more higher , maybe increase 6 or 7. i know i am not very stronger leader,so i don' t expect i will a highest one. however, i think can lead very well , the score  maybe  higher.
My score is 41, the result is be careful , i may be at risk of burnout, particularly if several scores are high. i maybe agree that result. it is because i do a lot of things now, when i finished the normal class in university, i have to learn Accounting and English at almost every night. In addition , i have two part time job , it is teaching dancing and bakery assistant. actually , i also have a lot of things to do. when  i back home , i feel tired and do nothing, maybe just sleep. however, i have assignment to do, maybe not just university assignment. hence, sometimes when i back home, i lazy to do assignment , and just enjoy on. as i said ,i maybe agree this result. This result make me have litter surprise, Maybe i don't think i really burnout, just sometimes.this is not my expected. it is because if i like ,i will do it better. Although i love take a rest and sleep, i love busy life as well.  We also have 24 hours a day, it is not enough, but i will choose the most important things to do first. hence, something i will do it tomorrow and sleep a little.

Specifically ask them to indicate some of your strengths and provide specific examples. My sister said that my positive is care about my parents, have goal and dream. One of my friend said that I am care my friends feelings, smart and independent. My father said that i am independent and study hard. One classmate said that I am hard working,stronger and have clear goal.   Step 2 – Recognize Patterns Search for common themes among the feedback and organize it in a table format. Add your own observations. Action Learning 5 What is your Dream? My dream is to be a child teacher and open a bakery . It is because I love kids,I am teaching kids to dance outside, I enjoy to be with them. Maybe they are all innocence. Otherwise,I would like to cooking and bakery. I like to see a lot of foods, it will make me relax and happy. –What do you see around you? I see a lot of opportunities and chances. I know I have a lot of chances, and choices. I will try my best to seize all of chance to get what I want be or future. –What is missing in the picture of your life? Maybe it is I did not choose education in university. When i am 19 , I notice that business is not suitable for me.maybe it is a chance for me to notice that what I really want. –How many opportunities do you see waiting for you to transform into opportunities for some customer/people? I think do not have till now.However ,I believe that I will have in the future. –How many ways do you see to begin the pursuit of the impossible? Maybe 50%,in my point of view, I think everything is possible if you really try hard and never give up.your dream will come true. You should believe that you can and try your best.

What do you expect that may go well and bad in your team?why? Of course, I expect that we may go well in our team. It is because we are willing to study, have team work, and try to help each other who have problem . We always discuss together in class .hence, I expect we may go well.However, we have a big challenge , we always cannot have same opinion , a lot of opinion is totally different. Even,Some people would not like to share her/his experiences and opinion.just sit there and do nothing.luckily,Almost people in team would like to express or share with us. In addition, all of us are working , we are not easy to organize all of members thane meeting after class.our communication should be stronger. We should be more notice the stronger or weakness about each members. If I can improve all of these problems , we will be better.
